Lower management, try listening to the employees and engineers, not the marketing.
1. Phone call from interviewer asking basic details (no technicals). 2. Technical interview with a group of software engineers, along with behavioral questions. 3. Interview with one of the managers.
The first round was telephonic, and then they called me onsite for face-to-face interviews. It was a full-day interview with architects, senior developers in the team, and a lunch.
Three rounds: 1. Phone round interview with PO – asked about my background. 2. Skype interview with technical team – technical questions. 3. Phone round interview with Manager – HR questions. It was great and easy. The panel was very friendly.
