Some low-performing people go unnoticed.
I was interviewed at HPE recently for a technical architect role. The first round was a telephonic interview with questions related to Java, Web Services, etc. After the first round, I was asked what CTC I would settle for if I cleared the next F2F
First GD, then 1 technical round, then managerial, and last HR interview. In GD, they gave a topic for extempore. In the managerial, they asked to write a program on the Fibonacci series and basic OOPs concepts like polymorphism and abstraction, etc.
My interview was in Dec 2015. There were three rounds: telephonic, technical, and HR face-to-face at the EC1 office. It was pretty good; you just need to focus on your basics like OOPS, AJAX, .NET, and MVC.
