Great work environment. Good salary. Very good work-life balance. Senior management is very supportive.
No such cons notice.
In-house technical specification is less.
I was interviewed at HPE recently for a technical architect role. The first round was a telephonic interview with questions related to Java, Web Services, etc. After the first round, I was asked what CTC I would settle for if I cleared the next F2F
MCQs were there, which were related to the technical knowledge of the job role. It was very difficult. And then we had a soft skill interview. We were asked to speak about our interests.
It was a good interview, and the HR was also helpful. They initially asked some IQ questions, then asked to introduce myself, and then asked about the projects and other activities that I had done in college.
