I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.

Process consisted of three steps:

• Introductory recruiter call
• Initial design interview (design a small feature related to the product)
• Soft skills/culture fit interview
• More in-depth design interview (design a bigger feature related to the product)

Interviews were really great/not stressful at all, just a lot of chatting about design decisions/trade-offs about actual products instead of contrived scenarios or leetcode challenges, though they prefer to write stuff down vs diagram drawing (which may pose some difficulties if you're used to drawing things out).
