I got to the System Design Interview, but didn't pass it. The interviewer was very friendly and provided great feedback. The recruiter was very responsive and got back to me on the same day as my System Design interview. She openly shared the feedback my interviewer provided for me.

Pros: Everyone really wants to help you succeed here, and there is good energy all around, and big celebrations of each other's wins! I'm learning fast and can feel the growth, and there's a lot of nice decisions that went into building the company and product that makes building on top of it nicer.

Pros: Very fun and rewarding place to work!
The team is great; their technical skills are top notch, and there's a strong culture of collaboration both within engineering, and cross functionally with product, design and sales.
Leadership is great about giving ownership, so I've learned and grown a lot while here.
The tech problems are interesting. It feels like we're working on novel and new problems, not just hooking up APIs.
Cons: It is fast paced, so if you prefer a lot of structure it might not be a good fit.
