Pros: Great corporate culture for a large institution. The work atmosphere is the best of any large bank I've worked at. Management is open to hearing from a junior analyst. Mid-level management also works very well together.
Cons: Serious lack of a career path for those that join early or mid-career. Too many vice presidents and not enough associate roles.
