Great corporate culture for a large institution. The work atmosphere is the best of any large bank I've worked at. Management is open to hearing from a junior analyst. Mid-level management also works very well together.
Serious lack of a career path for those that join early or mid-career. Too many vice presidents and not enough associate roles.
Please narrow the scope of responsibility for SVP-level staff. Too many managers are promoted while retaining prior responsibilities, which causes them to have larger, inefficient teams. SVPs should be motivational and shine at delivering in their current area of focus.
