Once a good place to work, now not so good a place to work... slowly it's becoming worse
Senior Database Administrator • Current Employee
Hyderābād, Telangana, India
May 25, 2012
Pros: 1. Good for lazy people who don't want to do anything in life.
2. Work-life balance.
3. Cross-cultural exposure.
4. Leave policy is good.
Cons: 1. It's not completely a software sector, so technically, it may not help in building skills too much as compared to the core software sector.
2. Pay is a bit on the lower side compared to the industry.
3. Not much career development.
4. HR is completely disconnected with employees, only responsive during induction and exit.
5. Very few opportunities if somebody wants to grow technically (definitely a wrong place for any good technical person).
6. A lot many approvals are needed for small things.
