Senior Database Administrator
The interview process was quite intense, and the interviewers had good knowledge of their domain. It comprised two rounds of telephonic interviews, followed by an onsite interview. The management and HR were quite cooperative.
Software Engineer
Simple interviews with basic to advanced Java concepts, including Spring Boot and backend development. Topics covered: hashing, component scan, repository, and more about backend development with respect to Java 8, entities, and objects/annotations.
Engineering Graduate
The final-stage assessment consisted of two 40-minute interviews with assessors. The interviewers were engaging and did not expect technical knowledge. I was able to have some great conversations about the role and culture.
