Process
I appeared for the interview for JAVA at HSBC Software Development Center, Hyderabad, India. It had 3 rounds:
- One written test (multiple choice questions) consisting of both technical and aptitude questions.
- A 1 to 1 interview for 1.5 hours. Questions were mostly from core Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, XML, JavaScript, and project-related topics.
- An HR round.
The interview was a good experience for me.

Pros: Good work-life balance (not always though), good governing policies.
Cons: Limited opportunities to learn, still using old tools and technologies, the developer takes the back seat in the whole process.
