Pros: Great culture. No pressure. Rarely work load more than normal. Work outside office hours also rare. Amazing staff and cooperative people.
Cons: Slow growth,
old tech,
less hikes and promotions.

Pros: Good work environment.
Free time mostly.
Good for those who want to pass their time.
Cons: No learning.
Damn politics.
No growth.
Saturated completely. Higher management says, "We are not a service-oriented company, so we have limited (almost nil) opportunities to grow."
Once in and spent some time, then one cannot go out and look for another opportunity because one forgets everything (skills).
