Systems are as slow as a snail. Sometimes, you would feel like hitting back the CPU and chewing the Ethernet cable because of poor server optimization. Web ex platforms are non-archival, so data extraction is terrible, and system lag is an inevitable part if you are working at HSBC.

Month-end and the beginning of the month will be tough if you are working in HSBC Security Services. You'll probably need to stretch. Rest assured, if you are fortunate, your senior is helpful, but that is not always the case. I'm a victim of a little spice of politics. Although my manager is helpful, my assistant manager sucks.

I would advise the management to improve the system and the server.

Time is a currency you can only spend once, and our systems are our bread and butter. People on the floor struggle to tie their laces on time. If you turn a deaf ear to the operational floor guys, it will hit hard in the future.

I would advise the management to make server improvisation a priority and to make employees' lives easier.
