Flexibility with WFH for a lot of positions, decent pay, and good benefits.
Aggressive cost-cutting is ruining the experience of working here. Many colleagues were made redundant, and there's outsourcing to low-cost locations.
Stop outsourcing!!!
Easy. The company is still figuring out its processes. I got the offer but declined for a better-paid position. It was good for practicing interview skills. The company has some ethical issues.
I attended two rounds. The first round is completely on REST API implementation, SOLID, and the Twelve-Factor App principles. It also covered how to implement microservices, database-related questions, design patterns, and some basic Java questions.
Two stages: one telephonic and the next face-to-face with 4 people from the recruiting team. The manager was largely quiet and observing. But they put me at ease, very unlike a Barclays interview I had that week.
