The company is good for experienced professionals
- Flexible work hours
- Less work pressure as internal clients
- They allow you to change domain/tech as per your interest
- Less learning if you are a fresher.
- Very few onsite opportunities.
Managers are good if you can maintain good relations with them and listen to their words, even if they are wrong. They don't want a "fundu" coder/tech specialist, but rather they believe in a team player. Even if you struggle with technical knowledge, then it's all fine for them.
