Pros
  • Amazing supportive colleagues.
  • Great office with great facilities.
  • Good perks.
Cons
  • Tightly knit senior management team who are disengaged with lower-level employees.
  • PAY, PAY, PAY! Not only is pay much lower than the industry, but there are huge pay differences between employees doing the same jobs.
  • False promises, all too common: "Things will get better soon."
  • Extremely slow promotions, and any hopes can be slashed if you have 'constructive feedback'.
  • A feedback system which is flawed; any constructive/bad feedback without evidence is accepted.
  • Favoritism and a very gossipy culture.
Advice to Management
  • Listen to your employees and engage.
  • Stop treating employees as numbers in a chain.
  • Unnecessary micromanagement needs to stop.
  • Pay fairly for the work.
  • Ensure managers are chosen based on approachability, fairness, confidentiality, and trust.
