It's simple with two rounds: L1 and L2. L1 is more field-related, and L2 is org fit and behavior. Compensation expectations are all met here. Both L1 and L2 are equally important, and one can expect all types of questions in them.
Simple interviews with basic to advanced Java concepts, including Spring Boot and backend development. Topics covered: hashing, component scan, repository, and more about backend development with respect to Java 8, entities, and objects/annotations.
The final-stage assessment consisted of two 40-minute interviews with assessors. The interviewers were engaging and did not expect technical knowledge. I was able to have some great conversations about the role and culture.
