Pros: I do not have any.
Cons: It feels like the company grew way too fast, and everyone is scrambling to try and figure things out.
I felt like just a number there because there are so many people. Lots of inexperienced managers and directors.
Lots of software parts are abstracted away from the engineer, so it's not a good place to learn how things actually work.
The company is great at feel-good marketing internally, but the reality is very different.
