I was referred to HubSpot by a former colleague who was working there at the time. After submitting my resume, the process went as follows:

• Recruiter phone screen
• Hiring manager phone screen
• In-person interview with the manager and some of the team
• In-person role play with the manager and a meeting with VPs

All of this happened within a three-week period. It could have been shorter, but I wasn't very flexible with scheduling as I juggled my full-time position. They were understanding of this and didn't pressure me into making myself more available.

The process was thorough, which gave me a good opportunity to properly relay my strengths and interests in joining the company.
