This process took one month.

The questions were the same old, same old. They asked the same questions to everyone.

The interview stages were:

• First round OA
• Coding interview
• System Design interview

After clearing those, there was a Technical Deep Dive of my past project. I had to prepare some documents, 1-3 pages long.

All my interviews went well, but I received a rejection email with no feedback. What a waste of time.

I feel like they are interviewing just for the sake of popularity, but not actually hiring that much. It feels like they want to learn what other companies are working on and gather project information architecture through this last Technical Deep Dive interview. I feel like a fool for having given the team a nice document about my past project.
