Process
First, there was a standard HR phone screen verifying my experience.
Then, I had to solve a technical problem in 3 hours or less before coming on-site. The problem was test-related and involved sorting and recreating complex data structures in JSON. It was a hard problem, and I did not get past it.
The HR person was really cool and emphasized that if I worked on my skills more, they would still be open to working with me.
Questions
Technical code challenge done on my own. It was supposed to be solvable in one hour. I did not do well.
