Pros: Incredibly sophisticated engineering platform infrastructure; dealing with data scale challenges on the order of 50 million+ reads/second; regular opportunities to move between teams and pick up new skills; flexible hours and WFH; gorgeous Cambridge offices with lots of perks; small, autonomous teams; upward mobility if you're willing and able; unlimited vacation; no-deductible healthcare; very smart, capable, and engaged colleagues (who would've thought if you treat your employees very well, they pay you back with awesome performance and productivity); the list goes on...

Cons: If you think there are any legitimate 'cons' to working at a place like this, you have lived in one pretty sheltered bubble your whole life, my friend. I would encourage you to get out into the world and gain some perspective.

Pros: Working with a smart and talented team.

Cons: Didn't have a PM for one whole year.

Pros: Very fun office (pre-COVID), great culture with great people, interesting and challenging work, flexible work schedule, unlimited vacation.

Cons: Could use more transparency around salary bands and criteria for promotion. There is uncertainty about career growth once you hit senior. The company switched to a remote-first mindset after I started. While this is a plus for some, I personally very much value an in-office experience, and that has since been put on the back burner, not just because of COVID. Teams own too many features and don’t have enough capacity to do it all. The grass is always greener on the other side though, and I think these are problems other tech companies face as well.
