Process
After referral, I had an instant phone chat.
The online exam went well and was easy enough.
After the exam, I was invited and flown to Cambridge for an on-site interview.
I met with multiple people, some of whom were code-driven, and some focused on systems design.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, they were very vague about the position they were recruiting for, so I was unsure what information they required.
Ultimately, they concluded by telling me they were looking for something else.
The interview could have gone differently if they had communicated that from the start.
