Pros: A lot of autonomy, even as an intern. You get to pick your project and own it. You get to manage your time and work whatever hours you want, as long as you get work done. If you don't like your project, it's very easy to switch to something more your style and pace. Aside from work, there's free food and cool activities galore. During summer, there's a cape house rented out, and during winter, there's a cabin in the mountains.

Cons: The workplace is intense, and everyone is very into working, which makes socializing and meeting other interns/full-time people a bit hard. The only time I really chatted with people was during lunch or activities.

Pros: Friendly people and HubSpot's culture

Cons: No cons; it is a good company.

Pros: HubSpot is at the pinnacle of growth and culture. As a current student working at HubSpot, I have been blown away by every facet. Never before have I joined an organization that was so motivated, fun, and enjoyable to work with. I truly believe, already, that we are family. Although I am a student, I have an equal amount of opportunity to impact the customer. In addition, there is a handful of key attributes that I love about HubSpot: * The merit-based and frequent promotions. * No rules; just use good judgment. * Any amenity to empower you. * The drive to better yourself, your peers, and your customers. * Physically bettering the marketing industry and small businesses directly. * Transparency as clear as it gets. Given this, I have learned more in the last few months than ever previously. I cannot recommend HubSpot to students or full-time employees enough. I am not working; I am on a challenging, but extremely enjoyable and rewarding ride that has provided me with an experience looking forward to each and every day. Smiling.

Cons: I cannot think of much, truly. As HubSpot continues to skyrocket, growth pains can be felt, but that is actively being dissipated as much as possible.
