Everything was going fine during the phone and face-to-face interviews.
However, one of their developers consistently laughed under their breath at any answer that was slightly wrong.
Even if you did something on the whiteboard (ugh) differently than how they do it at HubSpot, and your code worked and was perfectly fine, you'd still receive comments like, "Ha, but you can do it like this! Why do it your way?"
