Flexibility is fantastic; I don’t care about hours, just value being added.
People are really smart and motivated.
No glass ceiling; people are rewarded based on merit.
Very direct feedback.
Very high standard of engineers.
Cons: Can be chaotic at times. I suggest using the Product values to wade through the chaos and prioritize work.
