Pros: Good company, focus on high performance, nice colleagues.
Cons: HubSpot has been steadily going downhill since I joined.
* Cutting benefits to the legal minimum
* Cutting equity compensation (RSU)
* Burnout culture (people are quitting left and right)
* Offices outside of Ireland/UK being closed
Everything that once was good is being removed, one benefit at a time.
I expect that RTO is possible in the coming years as well.
