Pros: - Very supportive manager that made onboarding smooth. - Autonomy as an individual and as a team. - Clear vision of product development and company mission. - Feel very welcome in the team. - Great flexibility in schedules and vacation. - Great benefits and nice employee events, although I imagine it was much better pre-pandemic. - Great transparency in leadership decisions, including product direction and compensation. - Amazing tooling built around the tech stack to support product developers in 99% of tasks, which makes it easy for entry-level engineers like me. - As much as possible, this is a relatively large tech company that is not "evil," so it feels good to work here from a personal values standpoint.

Cons: Hybrid work is here to stay, I get that, but it also feels like no one can be bothered to show up at the office, making it harder to connect and maintain a culture (other than the culture in chat rooms). Stock compensation seems limited compared to what I've heard about other companies.

Pros: Unlimited vacation days, ability to WFH whenever, an amazing culture code, and dedication to inclusivity and diversity.

Cons: Wish they had more US offices, in NYC specifically.

Pros: Good pay. Under management, the people are nice.

Cons: Management's decisions can be very confusing. Holier-than-thou attitude.
