Amazing benefits and compensation, but meaningful work is lacking

Pros: Pays well, with a countless number of employee benefits. It's probably the best company to be at for a flexible work-life balance. Good if you have children and a spouse to provide for, and derive meaning from them.
Cons: Software and data infrastructure feels very startup-ey and hard to see it changing.
It's hard to derive meaning from work done, as it is not very creative and I feel very disconnected to who actually gets to use it.

Pros: They still offer 100% remote work.
Cons: Since a few years ago, company culture has really been going down. Apart from layoffs and arguable recent strategic decisions, the morale of employees is at its lowest in some departments.
Burnout and deficient relationships with management are driving employees to look for work alternatives.
