Process
Great initially, then disappointing. Right until the final round, the process was extremely smooth, and HubSpot was very flexible with scheduling in-person and video interviews.
However, after my final round, I was supposed to receive an update within a week. I did receive an update – that they needed more time to decide.
I communicated that I had another offer deadline, and my recruiter said I would definitely get a response by then. But I received no response, and in fact, still have received no response (it's been nearly a month now).
