First, a phone screening where the recruiter described the process. After the phone call, it was the technical test: 3 hours to complete a task written to take between 1 and 2 hours. Then, a series of four interviews, for which he would help prepare.

Normal technical interview process. Phone screen, online coding assessment, then an in-person interview with several people after each other. Some technical, some behavioral. All of the questions were reasonable.
