This is my first job out of college and I absolutely love it here. I work on challenging problems and often lead systems design on these projects. The people I work with are brilliant, and I learn a ton from them. Working in BET, I also get to learn a lot about how our business runs and how we're helping it grow. This is not something I expected when I joined, but it has been an unanticipated benefit.
Beyond the work itself, HubSpot is a great place to be. The benefits are fantastic, and the company really cares about its employees.
A lot of growing pains, which I'm sure many companies experience.
It often feels very siloed between departments, and cross-functional projects can be extremely difficult.
The level of politics within the company as a whole has risen during my time here. Sometimes, it feels like we're doing things to placate people's egos rather than move the company in the right direction. But these are exceptions rather than the rule.
It also feels like we love starting big new initiatives and then abandoning them without notice after about a month. We should have more follow-through or be more transparent about our focuses changing.
The strength of HubSpot is in its employees. Ensure that they are having a remarkable experience and that we are hiring the right people. Continue to focus on our mission of becoming a truly product-driven company.

Week 1: Monday I received a request to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was brief and introductory, where I was asked technical questions, about my background, and was given an overview of HubSpot and the specific project. On the same day, H
Before I begin, I want to emphasize that clearing the HubSpot interview can be straightforward if you study the provided interview questions and conduct further research on platforms like LeetCode. It's likely that interviewers are aware candidates a
