The whole business is very transparent; anything you want to know about how the business works is available to you.
A good place for talented grads.
Career progress can be slow; it feels like you get stuck at a level.
No matter how much they dress it up, you're building marketing automation software, and that can be a bit unrewarding.
It's hard to have an impact on a 300+ person engineering org as an engineer.
Experience outside of HubSpot doesn't count once you get in the door, and that can make the environment a bit frustrating for experienced engineers.
Ease off on the "we're changing the world" mantra. Even if you believe it, it doesn't ring true to the staff.
