Great 4-5 coding workshop to get used to the technology stack.
Great benefits, even as an intern.
I felt involved in the team I was working with.
Given my own project to work on that was later incorporated into the product.
Great social events in the office.
Very few team events.
Other engineers were friendly but limited team socializing/team-bonding.
The Tech Lead conducted review meetings but wasn't necessarily always around and so couldn't offer constructive and relevant feedback and criticisms.
A mid-internship review would have been helpful to highlight areas that could be improved on or advice.
First, a phone interview. A month later, I received an invitation for a virtual "onsite" final round interview. It consisted of two steps: * A systems design interview. * A LeetCode easy plus medium question.
Lovely recruiter and people. One system design and one LeetCode easy question. However, most people are rejected for any minor errors at all. You're better off with an interviewer who gives no feedback as opposed to one with feedback.
The interview process was a relatively smooth experience. It consisted of three rounds: * An online assessment involving API calls * A behavioral interview * An onsite interview The onsite interview included a standard LeetCode-type question
