Process
The interview process was a relatively smooth experience.
It consisted of three rounds:
- An online assessment involving API calls
- A behavioral interview
- An onsite interview
The onsite interview included a standard LeetCode-type question and a system design question.
Overall, it was a very comfortable experience with great people.
Questions
The system design question was about creating a widget on the front-end of a website that retrieved weather information from an API.

Pros: The people on each team embody HEART (the culture code) and are their own brand of nerd. All a pleasure to work with. They are good at teaching young engineers and let them have impact. And good pay.
Cons: Big company, that's a con for some, I don't know.

Pros: Great 4-5 coding workshop to get used to the technology stack.
Great benefits, even as an intern.
I felt involved in the team I was working with.
Given my own project to work on that was later incorporated into the product.
Great social events in the office.
Cons: Very few team events.
Other engineers were friendly but limited team socializing/team-bonding.
The Tech Lead conducted review meetings but wasn't necessarily always around and so couldn't offer constructive and relevant feedback and criticisms.
