Process
Lovely recruiter and people. One system design and one LeetCode easy question. However, most people are rejected for any minor errors at all. You're better off with an interviewer who gives no feedback as opposed to one with feedback.

Great People, Good Work

Pros: The people on each team embody HEART (the culture code) and are their own brand of nerd. All a pleasure to work with. They are good at teaching young engineers and let them have impact. And good pay.
Cons: Big company, that's a con for some, I don't know.
