Small teams with complete ownership over your team's part of the product.
Amazing co-workers to learn from and have as mentors.
Great culture of learning from mistakes.
Can work from home multiple times a week.
Work-life balance can be a little rough at times, depending on your role. However, being able to work from home and having unlimited vacation definitely help.
Enjoyable and challenging. Very friendly bunch of guys and very helpful. There were 5 stages: * Live coding of LeetCode-style tests. * Two System Design interviews (design the architecture and feature modules). * Two behavioural interviews.

Everyone was really nice. The process included a coding challenge, a phone screen with a recruiter, and an on-site interview with two different engineers. The interviews were great, and the interviewers helped calm my nerves and were very friendly.
