- Fun culture and nice folks to work with.
- Interesting projects to work on.
- Good tech stack that is constantly evolving.
- Clear structure and good planning for the product's future.
- Interesting team events most months.
- Provides remote, hybrid, or in-office working choices.
- A lot of emphasis on inclusion.
No real cons from my past year and a half here. A few too many meetings for tech leads, which means a bit less coding time. This also varies from week to week.
Keeping teams autonomous allows us to easily get stuff done.
