Pros

• Fair salary • Good benefits for US employees • Remote friendly • Nice office space

•A high-performance culture burns people out fast. •There's a complete lack of direction from management. •Non-technical people often make technical decisions, causing friction and slowing growth.

Advice to Management

The high-performance culture that has been implemented by the leadership team over the last couple of years is burning out good people. Talented and tenured employees who have made significant and valuable contributions to HubSpot are miserable and want to leave as soon as they get the chance. The culture has slowly eroded since the CEO and leadership changes began to happen over the last few years. I hope management decides to rethink how they are operating, so that HubSpot can regain its previous excellent reviews as a great place to work.
