Incredibly difficult online assessment. Questions were unlike anything I've seen before and were not the typical Data Structure and Algorithm questions. Questions were more math-focused or intuitive style algorithms, not DP, sliding window, etc.

Pros: Some of the best people I have ever worked with, both in terms of talent and personality. Everyone is very passionate about their work. HRT also has some of the most impressive technology and high-quality code I have seen. The company is extremely open and collaborative, which together encourage a great culture.
Cons: It's super easy to have a bit of imposter syndrome, especially when your coworkers are so smart and productive.

Pros: Above average pay, good benefits (unlimited drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner with some budget), really smart people, and a collaborative culture. Also good work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes I feel very great peer pressure. People around are often too smart, and you feel like you somehow don't belong to this company (e.g., imposter syndrome).
