I applied online and received an invitation to the first round in about two weeks. The interviewer and HRs were very nice. During the interview, the interviewer was patient and offered hints when I had trouble proving the theorem.

Pros: Above average pay, good benefits (unlimited drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner with some budget), really smart people, and a collaborative culture. Also good work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes I feel very great peer pressure. People around are often too smart, and you feel like you somehow don't belong to this company (e.g., imposter syndrome).

Pros: HRT is relatively small and allows any employee to stick their nose more or less anywhere they like. You'll meet some incredible, motivated people and get an opportunity to ask them anything you like.
All levels of employees seem to be open to debate and new ideas. So there's a real chance to make an impact here.
Cons: They didn't hire me sooner.

Pros: Great infra making your time worth much more than average. Iteration happens fast and in meaningful directions.
One of the smartest crowds I’ve worked with. Conversations are loaded with info and folks are willing to share.
Competitive comp and minimal toxicity.
Competitive benefits and improving; they have 401k match now.
Cons: Not really a con, but people tend to be top-performers, which is something to keep up with.
