Pros: The company puts a lot of effort into making it a workplace that everyone loves. You are treated like a valuable asset to the success of the company. Everyone gets along well and creates a good dynamic to meet and hang out with your colleagues. The company is very generous in raising compensation over good work done. Quarterly bonus and a lot of office travel. A lot of recruiting opportunities for internships and experienced professionals. I would recommend it for anyone bored of hedge funds or banks.

Cons: Singapore is pricey; everything is too expensive compared to my home country.

Pros: A very transparent and collaborative environment. Partners are coders who work alongside you. Everyone is extremely smart and willing to help and work with you. Every employee has a lot of ownership over their work and can choose to work on what they are interested in. Very good compensation and perks.

Cons: Can have some imposter syndrome. Currently growing a decent amount, which can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for.
