Pros: The company puts a lot of effort into making it a workplace that everyone loves. You are treated like a valuable asset to the success of the company. Everyone gets along well and creates a good dynamic to meet and hang out with your colleagues. The company is very generous in raising compensation over good work done. Quarterly bonus and a lot of office travel. A lot of recruiting opportunities for internships and experienced professionals. I would recommend it for anyone bored of hedge funds or banks.

Cons: Not that I can see.

Pros: HRT is relatively small and allows any employee to stick their nose more or less anywhere they like. You'll meet some incredible, motivated people and get an opportunity to ask them anything you like. All levels of employees seem to be open to debate and new ideas. So there's a real chance to make an impact here.

Cons: They didn't hire me sooner.

Pros: Good place to work at.

Cons: None whatsoever.
