The selection process initially consists of a logical reasoning test, done online. You have a short time to answer all the questions.
You quickly receive an email informing you if you have passed or not. If you pass, you proceed to an interview with the manager or team leader. If you do not pass, you can only participate in IBM selection processes again after 6 months.

A chat is conducted in Portuguese and then another chat is conducted in English. Basic questions are asked, including the classic question: why do you want to work at IBM?
