Process
The selection process was quite simple, as I was already working in another area within the company. That area had lower pay and didn't demand as much technical skill. Therefore, it was more of a conversation within the company itself.

Pros: Growth opportunities: as the company is enormous and multinational, great opportunities appear before you.
Career investment: for those who enjoy studying and want to improve, the company cares and has some of the best internal training I have ever seen.
Cons: Quality of life, as they don't care much about workload and overtime. Excessive processes for everything; solutions become completely rigid at times. Unqualified management; some first-line managers received no training for this role.
