The interview was exciting and had brilliant questions. It was a nice experience.
They checked technical and functional capabilities.
- The first level was an IQ test over email, a set of games. It was fun, but these scores matter throughout the interview process and your journey through IBM.
- The second level was a phone interview, a technical round with 10+ questions on scenarios and solutions.
- The third level was HR, with no questions but only a discussion on the package and other queries.
Overall, good knowledge is required to crack the interview questions, and attitude and personality also play a part.
