2. The standard of training and exposure to new cloud-based technologies is quite high compared to other organizations.
3. No micromanagement.
4. You will find everyone very professional and helpful.
5. Trustworthy clients: IBM has a good reputation and relations with each of its clients.
6. Onsite opportunities.
7. Work-life balance.
Cons: Salary is the only con I see. You will get less hikes comparatively, and that can be improved.
