Pros: At IBM, I receive all the support and training tools to carry out my activities. The company cares about the emotional and physical health of its employees. It has a policy of humanized treatment for everyone and does not tolerate discrimination. It is a company where managers help us to evolve. There is great concern for employees, and this is something I had not experienced anywhere else before. IBM is the best place to work, in my opinion.
Cons: There is nothing I can add at this moment.
