First, you'll have a telephonic round. Second, you'll have a one-on-one technical interview. Third, you'll have an operations round. These all happen for technical (IT) roles. It's not clear if this applies to Operations roles. The three rounds will occur on three different days.

2nd round: Either a solution for a project or SDLC basic questions.

3rd round: HR and operations.

Cons: Maximum time you will be working as a support person or on a maintenance project. Work puts you in a comfort zone where you will be killing your growth outcome. Number of projects are less, and many people are on the bench.
