Pros: It was a great learning experience for my career. IBM is best in its every policy. It is a very flexible company to work with, allowing you to excel in multiple career options, not just restricting you to the field you are working with.
Cons: Band progression is a little time-taking. I feel employees should be promoted based on their talent rather than the time served in the company.
