Cons: 1. Manager will decide your fate (No HR policy). 2. Appraisal and hike will be decided by the manager. You don't have any option to reject the manager's decision. 3. No hike, no promotion, no bonus. Everything is on your manager to decide. 4. No career growth. Your career will be decided by the person called RCM. 5. No work-life balance (very rare projects have WLB). 6. Dumb leads, architecture, and managers. They are not upgraded to the outside market. Very poor IQ. 7. The architecture in IBM I saw had very poor knowledge of designing documents. 8. No party, no yearly gifts, no annual function. 9. Totally wasted 2+ years in IBM as a Java developer.

Pros: Work from home, work-life balance.

Cons: Don't expect much annual hike.

Pros: I don’t think you will gain anything working here, neither knowledge-wise nor financially.

Cons: 1. Manager oriented 2. No HR; whatever the manager says is the last word. 3. Not hood management; they even fire you if you don’t fall in line with them.
